Mail log files should have all this info but if you are looking something like cPanel Vmin doesnt have it so you need to dig log files, come up with some extra software or use custom script. Or during Plesk installation by means of Plesk Auto-installer, choose Mailman support. This allows you to set up email addresses on your server and send and receive emails. Anyway, I have had to fix this twice now and I did it by editing the /etc/postfix/main.cf file and commenting out the lines that started with. So basically it's going oh is the registered user lets send any emails locally or something like that. Most people will want to have the mail service enabled. This is (I believe) because in Plesk (yes it's a Plesk issue).
